Job Description
We are looking for a Polish VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.Requirements:Proficiency in English and Polish both written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Attention to details;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.Duties and Responsibilities:Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.We offer excellent benefits:Competitive salary and attractive bonus scheme;Working in a dynamic International company;Ability of career and professional growth within the company;Social benefits and team buildings;Sunny, spacious office.You have the opportunity to work in our office in Cyprus or Bulgaria.
