Our curated collection of beachfront retreats, set across some of the Mediterranean's most iconic shores, invites you to embrace adventure, unwind in style, and discover the true essence of summer living.In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for season 2026 a Pool Maintenance Technician.This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to develop her/himself and become part of an innovative and vibrant team of hospitality professionals who aim high!Position SummaryThe Pool Maintenance Technician ensures the safe, clean, and optimal condition of all swimming pools and surrounding areas in the resort, maintaining high standards of water quality, hygiene, and guest safety, while contributing to an exceptional leisure experience.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of all pools, Jacuzzis, and water featuresTest and balance pool water chemistry, adding appropriate chemicals to maintain health and safety standardsMonitor and maintain filtration, circulation, and heating systems to ensure proper functioningRecord and report daily readings, maintenance activities, and any irregularities or faults to the Engineering DepartmentAssist in the timely repair of pumps, filters, tiles, and lighting fixtures as requiredMaintain cleanliness and order in pool equipment rooms and storage areasEnsure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and proceduresCommunicate courteously with guests when on duty in pool areas, responding to minor queries or referring issues to the appropriate teamSupport the Engineering and Housekeeping teams in poolside area upkeep and overall guest satisfactionRequirementsPrevious experience in pool or water system maintenance, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environmentBasic technical or mechanical education preferredKnowledge of pool water chemistry and relevant safety standardsCertification in pool operations (where applicable) is an advantageBasic English communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyTechnical aptitude and problem-solving skillsReliability, organization, and teamworkDiscreet and courteous guest interactionProactive approach to preventive maintenance and operational excellenceBenefitsCompetitive remuneration packageCareer advancement in a fast-growing organizationContinuous learning & development within a transparent & inclusive working environmentCollaborative working environmentAccommodation & mealsElla Resorts are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences across its brand and our amazing Team members are at the heart of it.Join us today to build our future together.All applications will be acknowledged and treated as strictly confidential.
