Portfolio Management Analyst

The Portfolio Analyst is a key role supporting financial and operational oversight across multiple properties. This position is responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models while working closely with the Portfolio Management & Strategy Manager.The Portfolio Analyst will consolidate data, perform lease and investment analysis, track construction and sales forecasts, and support ad-hoc reporting.
