Your new role Develop and maintain a comprehensive short-term asset allocation framework, integrating both quantitative models and qualitative insights to inform macro-level investment decisions across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.Propose tactical trades and strategies aimed at generating absolute return alpha, ensuring alignment with strategic asset allocation boundaries and portfolio-specific return and risk objectives.Hold CMS directorship of the firm and influence house viewMange junior analysts and provide mentorshipDesign strategies for efficient portfolio management Keep abreast of global developments in the capital markets, providing both the investment team and committee with key market updates and economic developmentsWhat you'll need to succeed Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; CFA qualification is advantageous.At least 5 years of experience in hedge funds, quant funds, asset allocation or a closely related investment function.Demonstrates a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with practical experience in developing tactical asset allocation frameworks.At least 2 years of people-management experienceWhat you'll get in return $8,000 - $12,000 / month base salary AWS and performance bonuses Work with a senior investment team with historic double-digit alpha What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
