Job Summary / OverviewAs a Customer Support Associate, you will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. You will analyze trends, identify gaps, and design simple, effective support interventions to improve the customer experience. This role is ideal for proactive problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage support environment and are committed to the success of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.).Act as a relentless internal advocate for the customer within SpaceX.Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Identify product, process, and training issues using quantitative and qualitative methods.Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root causes.Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral.Main Job RequirementsEducation and Specific Training:Highschool Diploma (Mandatory)Work Experience:1 or more years in a front-line customer support role (digital or in-person)Required Skills / Competencies:Basic computer orientationEnglish B2Portuguese B2 (if required)Excellent written and verbal communicationCustomer-oriented mindsetAnalytical abilityInterpersonal skillsProblem-solvingTechnical skills
