Location: Tokyo (Roppongi area, shared office; relocation planned next spring)Employment Type: Full-time EmployeeAnnual Salary: 5,000,000 – 8,000,000 JPYWorking Style: Hybrid (approx. once a week work from home) 【About the Company】Founded in 1991, the company has maintained strong and stable business relationships with Japanese clients for over 20 years through trading firms.As the energy sector continues to evolve with new fuels and increasing globalization, the company has established a new Tokyo branch (opened October 2025) to strengthen direct communication and trust with Japanese clients.The Tokyo office will start small (approx. 4 Japanese staff, including the Branch Manager and mid-career members) and aims to grow sustainably. The management team welcomes individuals who wish to take initiative and contribute as founding members. 【Main Responsibilities】Sales of marine fuels to Japanese shipping companiesCoordinate bunker supply and follow up until delivery completionPromote next-generation fuels (biofuel, methanol, LNG, etc.)Analyze oil and marine fuel market trends, and provide market insightsBuild and maintain relationships with domestic suppliersLiaise with overseas branches and suppliers in EnglishPrepare market reports and sales documentsLanguage Use:Client communication will mainly be in Japanese, while supplier and inter-branch communication will be in English.The role reports directly to the Tokyo Branch Manager. 【Requirements】Fluent Japanese (Native level)Business-level English (communication experience or study abroad background)At least 3-4years of sales experience in any industryStrong sense of ownership, teamwork, and willingness to take on new challenges
