About the JobAs a Post M&A Manager, you are responsible to manage and ensure the success of the integration process following a merger, acquisition, or divestment, with a focus on aligning strategy, culture, systems, and operations to ensure that the expected value and synergies from the transaction are fully realized, while helping the organization adapt effectively and sustainably to change.Job Responsibilities:Develop post-acquisition integration plans (people, process, system, culture) by involving all relevant units.Ensure that the integration execution runs according to the defined timeline, milestones, and synergy targets.Identify, measure, and monitor synergy achievements (revenue, cost efficiency, operational improvement).Prepare synergy realization reports for senior management and stakeholders.Manage organizational change processes, including internal communication, to ensure smooth integration.Bridge cultural differences between the parent company and the acquired entity.Identify integration risks (people, system, operational) and develop mitigation strategies.Serve as the main contact point in resolving post-transaction issues.Collaborate with various functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment in integration implementation.Maintain effective communication with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and strategic partners regarding integration progress.Prepare integration progress reports, including KPI achievements, challenges, and solution recommendations.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).5-8 years of experience in M&A, specifically in post-Merger Integration, Corporate Development, or Integration ManagementProven track record of managing integration projects for mid-to-large acquisitions.Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating global teams.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of business operations and value drivers across functions.About Kawan Lama GroupEstablished in 1955, Kawan Lama Group is a multi-sector group of companies who are constantly innovating for improving the quality of lives.
