ABOUT USThe Swiss Automotive Group (SAG) is one of the largest auto parts suppliers in Europe, with distribution networks in Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and other countries.As a strong partner in Europe, we are committed to continuously complementing our experience with innovative ideas and ensuring our high quality as we pursue our growth journey.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPost-Merger IntegrationLead end-to-end integration across all business functions including sales, operations, logistics, HR, IT, finance, and customer service.Align organizational structures, processes, and systems to achieve synergies and operational efficiency.Harmonize supplier/customer contracts, pricing, and distribution models.Support consolidation of logistics networks and warehouse operations to meet cost and service-level targets.Contribute to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and track integration KPIs.ERP & IT IntegrationOversee the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) implementation for the merged company.Ensure ERP design aligns with Group standards and existing integrations (Finance, Logistics, Sales, Procurement).Define and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and scope.Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project milestones.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as liaison between CEO, Group IT, local management, and international stakeholders.Facilitate steering committee updates, project reporting, and risk escalations.Drive transparent communication and change management initiatives across departments.Experienced in moderating discussions between business owners, key users, and IT developers and to translate business language and technical concepts.Quality & Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks across ERP and integration streams.Ensure compliance with Group standards for documentation, security, and data integrity.Monitor performance and ensure synergy targets are met through KPIs and reporting.YOUR PROFILE7+ years in post-merger integration or transformation, ideally in automotive aftermarket/distribution.Experience in major international consulting firms with a strong focus on systems integrationStrong experience in multi-stream project management and synergy realization.ERP implementation exposure (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative approach.Fluent in Romanian & English; other languages a plus.Willingness to travel across Romania and CEE.PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.WHAT WE OFFERA family-owned company with over 90 years of experience, combining tradition with a forward-thinking mindsetEntrepreneurial culture, where innovation, respect, and direct feedback foster a dynamic and empowering work environmentFreedom to make an impact, with the autonomy to shape your role and contribute meaningfullyAn international work environment with a global network, offering diverse career growth and development opportunitiesA results-driven approach, staying ahead through cutting-edge technologies and agile processesA collaborative work environment with a strong emphasis on partnership, trust, and shared success across all levelsDid we spark your interest?
