Our expertise ensures flawless execution and exceptional content across all media platforms.  With iconic creative spaces in London, New York, Miami, Mallorca, and Manchester, The Production Factory offers a global stage for fashion’s most visionary brands—delivering world-class production in the heart of the industry’s most influential cities.   REPORTING   The role will report to the Head of Studio & Operations    ROLE OVERVIEW  As Post-Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Production team to ensure there is a smooth delivery of all still & film assets and content across all Primark campaigns. Reporting directly into our Head of Studio & Operations, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners and the client to manage the post-production process in alignment with the brand’s critical path and creative vision.  Our production standards are high, and we push every project to its creative limit. We need someone self-motivated to generate creative solutions and push projects forward. You will need to be organised, able to work and follow deadlines and happy to follow a structured company workflow process.  Please note: due to the nature of our business, this role is fully office-based.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Oversee the post-production process for all stills & film shoots – from raw assets to final delivery for stills, and from ingest to offline edit for film. Act as the central point of contact between the client, the Art Directors, Retouchers, Editors, Post-Houses and the Production team (both with the Producers at The Production Factory and the in-house Production team at Primark).  Working closely with the Head of Studios & Operations and the Producers, to manage schedules and workflows, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and in line with the client’s expectations. Coordinate file management, version control and asset handover in accordance with agreed specs, aspect ratios and formats in order to hand over on time.  Coordinate file management and track edit versions, ensuring all assets are correctly versioned and backed up in line with company standards  Facilitate client feedback and route consolidated, precise notes to Editors and/or Post teams.  Ensure final films meet technical specifications and brand guidelines with checks before delivery.  Overseeing delivery of multiple outputs, including cut downs, captions, subtitles and format conversions for social, web, in-store and broadcast (where applicable).  Liaise with Sound Designers, Voiceover Artists, and Colourists to ensure seamless workflows. Attend the critical path meetings with the client and The Production Factory weekly, aligning on timelines, creative direction and adhering to technical requirements.  Ensure final imagery is delivered to the highest quality and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.  Identify and resolve any production or communication challenges that may arise during post.  Ensure all post-production activity is accurately documented and easily accessible for both internal teams and client reference, whilst also managing file transfers between teams using platforms like Frame.io, WeTransfer and Dropbox.  Support the Marketing team with assets, ensuring they have all final deliverables and launch dates for The Production Factory to use for promotional purposes, and uploading all assets to Dominion. Take direction from the team, prioritise and manage a ‘to-do’ list.  Communicate when additional support is required to meet deadlines.  Having the confidence to communicate with suppliers, to manage technical challenges and workflow.  Confidently run with a post-production project from end to end.  Attend the critical path meetings with the client and The Production Factory weekly, aligning on timelines, creative direction and adhering to technical requirements.  Helping the producers with suggestions on new retouchers/ editors.   SKILLS  Proven experience as a post-producer (or similar role) in commercial and/or fashion campaigns. Strong understanding of post-production processes, including colour correction, cropping, and image clean-up. Strong understanding of editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and versioning processes.  Ability to leverage existing industry contacts is a plus Knowledge of motion graphics workflows and collaboration with animators (preferred).  Familiarity with music licensing, rights management, and multi-language deliverables.  Ability to manage retouch workflows and ensure brand consistency. Skilled in delivering final assets across multiple formats with technical accuracy and creative alignment. Highly organised, able to multitask and manage projects independently. Knowledge of commercial editing techniques within the fashion industry. Creative mindset with proactive problem-solving and initiative. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Strong communication skills, especially under pressure, and openness to feedback. Flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to travel and adapt to deadlines   OUR COMMITMENT   As an equal opportunities employer, The Production Factory is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and does not condone discrimination on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.  We aspire to have a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds to apply.
