We foster a supportive space where diverse perspectives are celebrated, hierarchy never blocks great ideas, and everyone is empowered to jump in, solve problems, and push creative boundaries together.Position OverviewSaylor seeks a detail-driven, highly organized Post Supervisor to oversee post-production across creative advertising and digital media campaigns. This full-time role will ensure that projects move seamlessly from final shoot through delivery, balancing the creative directors’ vision, technical precision, and client expectations.The ideal candidate is fluent in the full post-production process—from editorial and motion graphics to color, sound, finishing and final asset delivery. They are a master at managing workflows, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining quality control while fostering strong collaboration between Creative, Production, Accounts, and vendors. They tweak and customize workflows for different client needs, maintaining a smooth process for our internal teams, freelancers, and clients alike.As Saylor’s lead in post, you’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every deliverable—whether a social cutdown, broadcast spot, or digital OOH asset—meets the highest operational workflow and technical standards.About YouYou are equal parts operational master, problem-solver, and creative advocate. You thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments and can anticipate issues before they become problems. Calm under pressure, you know how to guide teams, keep clients informed, and deliver on time without sacrificing quality.You have deep technical knowledge of post workflows, formats, and specs across platforms, and you understand the nuances of delivering assets for diverse media placements. You build trust with editors, artists, and producers alike, ensuring the creative vision is upheld while meeting the realities of schedule and budget.Location & SalaryThis is a full-time, exempt role with a salary of $95,000-$130,000, depending on experience based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role, working out of our office in Echo Park.ResponsibilitiesOversee all post-production workflows from ingest to delivery across video, digital, and social campaigns.Build and manage detailed post schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Accounts teams to translate creative concepts into executable post plans.Maintain quality control for all deliverables, ensuring assets meet technical specs and creative standards.Manage relationships with editors, motion designers, colorists, sound mixers, and finishing houses.Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges quickly and effectively.Ensure all final assets are delivered on time to clients, media partners, and vendors in the correct formats.Document workflows and processes to streamline future projects.Qualifications7+ years in post-production for advertising, entertainment marketing, or digital media.Strong understanding of AV, motion graphics, color correction, audio mixing, and finishing processes.Proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must have experience working with social media-specific creative teams in an agency setting.Adept at working with creative teams and maintaining the integrity of the vision through post.Proficiency with post-production software, file formats, and media delivery specifications.Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills for both creative and technical discussions.Embody core values of Curiosity, Impact, Trust, Respect, and Inclusivity.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, flexible paid time off, and great opportunities for growth within the company.--Saylor is an equal opportunity employer.
