The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolioConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threatsSupport in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approachesMonitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement)Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.)Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Veterinary MedicineMinimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industryExperience with vaccines or biological products is a strong assetStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in MS Office and marketing toolsCommunication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives
