Power BI Developer with DBT

Job Title: Power BI Developer with DBTLocation: Remote – Mexico Duration: 12+ MonthsRequired Skills & Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).• Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool) for transformation workflows.• Solid SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data stack tools.• Understanding of data governance, version control (Git), and CI/CD for BI workflows.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.• Work with DBT to build and maintain robust data transformation pipelines.• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design scalable and efficient data models.• Optimize Power BI datasets, queries, and reports for performance and usability.• Implement data governance, version control, and documentation for BI assets.• Integrate Power BI with various data sources (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).• Support end users with Power BI training, troubleshooting, and enhancement reques
