Senior Power BI Reporting Analyst – Wealth ManagementLocation Address: Toronto - Hybrid - onsite 3-4x/weekContract Duration: 1 year with high Possibility of extension & conversion to FTEBusiness group: GWM Transformation OfficeProject: The team is responsible for running all financial reporting for the wealth management office. They use data from various different sources to create their report using PowerBI. Typical Day in Role:• review data in multiple source systems • extract data and create PowerBI tools for use by colleagues and executives for insight and analytics • work closely with other team members to understand data and create insights from it • work with hiring manager and director to prioritize executive meetings and data requirements Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:1) 10+ years of experience extracting data from different sources and creating reports and useful insights 2) 3+ years of experience with PowerBI (extracting and summarizing date, ability to design using tool) 3) Strong proficiency in Excel (enhanced skills) 4) 4+ years of experience working within a financial industry 5) BA experience Best VS. Average Candidate: the ideal candidate will have all of the required experience and will be able to bring examples of the reports they created using PowerBI to the interview.
