Iris's client, one of the world's Premier Investment Bank is looking to hire a strong Scrum Master / Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity.Title: Scrum Master / Project managerLocation: Toronto, ON (4 days onsite)Duration: 18 MonthsSkills: Financial Services, Scrum Master, Project Management Job Description: Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.Serve as Project Manager to develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Choose and implement appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs.Utilize tools such as Confluence and Jira to manage documentation and track progress.Drive team alignment and accountability, ensuring milestones are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to manage scope, risks, and expectations.Support change management and communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.Strong understanding of banking and financial services domain.Experience with Confluence, Jira, and other project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
