Power Platform Analyst

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into visual analytics solutions.Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability of Power BI reports.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through data insights.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields.2-3 years of experience as Power BI Developer/Data Analyst, with hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and/or Power Automate.Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, data modeling).Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.Ability to design clear, interactive, and insightful dashboards.Must be proficient in written & spoken English.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks), and/or having Power BI or Microsoft Data certification is preferred.
