PowerBI Developer

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets based on business requirements.Connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud databases.Develop and optimize DAX queries, Power Query (M language), and data models to ensure high performance and accuracy.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights.Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in all BI deliverables.Automate and schedule reports to improve operational efficiency.Stay up to date with the latest Power BI and Microsoft Data Platform features, recommending improvements when applicable.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.Strong proficiency in Power BI (Desktop and Service), including DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows.Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).Hands-on experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
