To pursue that ambition, the Group launched an impressive investments plan to boost tourism and made-in-Italy through the acquisition, re-development and enhancement of iconic hotels and hospitality solutions in the most beautiful locations of the country.  Who We’re Looking For:  PR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement PR plans to support business goals, including media outreach, press release creation, and event coordination. Storytelling: Create compelling narratives to promote the trains and enhance visibility across international, national, and local markets. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media partners; manage media requests, interviews, and press trips. Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all Orient Express Hotels and Trains Italy materials; oversee marketing and collateral production with creative agencies. Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, media kits, articles, speeches, and digital content; manage photoshoots and image library. Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, evaluate PR performance, and produce reports on key communication KPIs. Event Management: Support organization of press events, product launches, and corporate gatherings in coordination with internal and external teams. Crisis Communication: Contribute to managing sensitive communications and safeguarding brand reputation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital, social media, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align PR and communication initiatives with business objectives. Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.  3+ years of experience in a PR, Marketing or Communication role, ideally in a brand-driven environment.  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages as French are a plus).  Proven experience in media relations and brand management.  Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up  Execute a multitude of tasks in a timely basis  Creative talent and team player  Confident and dynamic personality  Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented and hands-on.  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and PR and Marketing tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, etc.).  Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods  Strong command of the English and Italian language both written and spoken   Our company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
