Backed by a passionate team and an expanding member base, it is committed to building a strong local padel ecosystem through quality service, innovative programming, and a welcoming club culture, while positioning itself as a frontrunner in this niche but fast-growing market.Job RoleOur client is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and skilled PR Manager, who will lead the club’s public relations, media, and communication strategy to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement across both sports and lifestyle audiences.This role requires someone creative, socially connected, and proactive, someone who can build strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners, while ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sports, lifestyle, or entertainment PR, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Media: Develop and implement a PR strategy that increases brand awareness and strengthens the club’s position in the sports and lifestyle sectors.Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets; secure high-quality coverage and features.Brand Communications: Oversee all external communications, press releases, and brand messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with the club’s image.Content & Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to create engaging stories, interviews, and social media content that highlight club activities and members.Influencer Engagement: Identify and manage collaborations with key opinion leaders, athletes, and lifestyle influencers.Crisis Communication: Manage and respond to media inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and professional communication.Partnership Support: Support sponsorship and event teams by aligning brand communication with partner and sponsor visibility.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications.Proven record in sports, lifestyle, entertainment, or media industries.Strong media network and influencer relationships in Indonesia.Experience managing brand image, press relations, and content campaigns.Language Skills: Conversational level in English.Professional Skills:Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.Strong writing and presentation abilities.Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on attitude.Capable of working independently while coordinating across teams.Job Code: #455
