From our pioneering use of AI to reshape PR services, to our earned-first creative model, we thrive on challenge.Due to recent growth we’re looking for either a driven and passionate Senior Account Manager or Account Director based in our Melbourne office with experience across corporate reputation management, behaviour change, corporate communications and/or government communication accounts to join our team.This is a fast-track career role, working with a fun team of PR professionals while learning essential AI skills to fast track future advancement. You will also work closely with the leadership team comprising creative, digital and content experts.You are client focussed and able to effectively manage a campaign from start to finish, collaborating across teams to build a strategy, ideate PR programs, and supervise roll-out across PR, social, influencers, content and activations.You will have skills across reputation and can help senior leaders prepare for the spotlight – through media and presentation training, issues preparedness, and strategic communication advice. Our dedicated AI innovation lab will give you vital training in ICON’s AI toolkit and solution set.Your background may be in corporate PR, but your skills are easily transferable to government and B2B clients where your experience in brand, reputation, events and multi-channel communications will shine.
