Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly. • Monitor system performance and ensure all services are running smoothly. • Respond to incidents, alerts, and outages, troubleshooting and escalating as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. • Perform regular system checks and routine maintenance tasks. • Document issues and their resolutions for knowledge base improvement. Skills and Qualifications: • 6+ months of experience in a monitoring role. • Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. • Basic understanding of monitoring tools (e. g. , Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc. ). • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
