Role Overview: We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, events, and internal communications. In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure projects are delivered on time, assets are up to date, and our brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing operations across campaigns and projects, keeping timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned.
Support social media execution by helping plan, schedule, and publish content - working closely with the content and design teams to ensure posts align with our messaging and brand. Plan and execute events, including industry expos - covering logistics, booth planning, internal comms, and branded merchandise. Assist with campaign rollouts, ensuring assets and communications are aligned across teams maintaining an up-to-date marketing library. Support employer branding, working closely with HR to execute internal and external initiatives. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination role (fintech, payments or SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills. Clear communicator with solid writing skills. Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Figma, Jira, and Google Workspace. A team player who is proactive, accountable, and focused on execution. Fluent in English. Willing to travel for expos and events
