Employment Type: Contract (Start Date: Asap / End Date: 31 March 2026)Job Description:Thoroughly pre-checking all items in the pre-arrival checklist for each department of Reservations, Guest Experience and Operations. This includes - but not limited to - ETA/ETD, bed configuration, number of guests, extras, guest services, payments, etc.Ensuring timelines under Pre-check standard are accurately being followed on the dot without any delays.Obtaining and correctly recording in Freshdesk & RoomBoss all details related to the booking and guest (includes but not limited to service, service dates, booking preferences, customer details, etc.)Ensures payment dues are raised to the Reservations, Payments and Guest Experience Team Leads / Managers for further escalation and follow ups.Ensures cancellations due to non-payment (guest services or accommodation reservations) are liaised with the Reservations and Guest Experience leaders via daily report. Support any service bookings that need to amend, refund, cancel, and/or receive credit. This includes coordinating with relevant departments regarding the changes.Submits daily pre-check report of all bookings with updates inclusive of - but not limited to - on changes, payments, errors, to the Reservations, Payments and Guest Experience Manager and Team Leads.Minimize losses by ensuring all payments are collected within payment timeline.Ensures payment invoiced by the Reservations and Guest Experience Teams match the accurate payment collection total amount.Crosschecks guest services booked by the Guest Experience team with vendors match the requirements and requests of guests.
