The main mission is to plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of all preparation activities in line with the deployment roadmap — setting each OpCo up for a successful transition.Your responsibilities will include:acting as the primary contact for the OpCo Transition Manager or other OpCo representatives during the Pre-Prepare phasecoordinating all Pre-Prepare activities from the central side, ensuring alignment with OpCo stakeholders, deliverables, and Tollgate/Exit criteriaensuring stakeholder alignment and updates across Central, Regional, and OpCo teamspreparing and presenting progress reports to OpCo & DBB PLT, and actively participating in relevant meetingscreating the OpCo Pre-Prepare Plan, managing its sign-off, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in full (OTIF)handing over to the Regional Transition Manager with complete documentation and contextidentifying change management issues and risks early, and developing mitigation strategiesdriving continuous improvement of the Pre-Prepare process, materials, and tools, including gathering and sharing lessons learnedensuring adherence to HEINEKEN’s project methodology and promoting end-to-end, cross-functional collaboration.You're a good candidate if you have:a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree3–5 years of managerial experience in a complex, international environmentover 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on global projectsstrong proficiency in Microsoft Officeexcellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to see the big pictureinfluencing skills and a challenging, proactive approachstrong communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders with the right level of detail and languagea fast-learning, adaptable, and can-do attitude.At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
