"We're not just players; we're game-changers."Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Architect is the primary technical expert responsible for designing and articulating complex solutions for Digital Services, Applications Managed Services, AI Service Lines, and specialized logistics platforms. This role is critical in supporting the new business development team on co-creation programs and large-scale government and enterprise tenders, ensuring solutions are technically sound, competitive, and strategically aligned with the company's proprietary product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical solution design and validation activities for complex, multi-pillar dealsDevelop and review technical content for bids, tenders, and RFP responses. Participate in workshops, presentations, and evaluations, delivering compelling technical demonstrations and proofs-of-concept. Actively work to influence solution design to include the company's strategic and venture-backed products. Support the sales team in achieving a high Technical Win Rate. Lead the technical transition from pilot-to-managed service for strategic offerings. Collaborate with account teams and delivery functions to ensure solution readiness and accuracy. Integrate scalability, AI readiness, and operational efficiency into proposed solutionsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus). 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles. Proven experience contributing to or leading the technical sections of government tenders and RFPs. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical design. Deep technical knowledge of Data & AI, application modernization, cloud infrastructure, Applications Managed Services & SaaS architectures.
