BIM Architect (Design Development)

We are currently looking for BIM Architect with experience in Design Development consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects.·        Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience using the Revit software (Architectural) and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc)·        Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI.·        Understand the project requirements and objectives and develop a BIM model accordingly.·        Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.·        Develop accurate drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively·        Good multitasking and ability to manage strict deadlines·        IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE·        preferably staying in Dubai*** Only qualified applicants are encourage to apply and may send their application enclosing updated CV with subject heading "Applying for the Position as BIM Architect" to hr@lacasa.ae ******** Applicants with previous application need not to apply ****
