Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners (Dar Taleb) is a leading architecture and engineering consultancy firm, providing integrated planning, design, and engineering management services across the region.We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Design Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, combined with excellent coordination and communication skills to support architectural teams and oversee collaboration with subcontractors. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design activities throughout all project stages.Work closely with architects to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall building design.Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams to resolve design issues and streamline project execution.Review and validate MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations.Identify design conflicts early and recommend effective technical solutions.Ensure all MEP designs meet project standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering10–12 years of experience in MEP design coordination within the construction or engineering sector.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, building services, and multi-disciplinary coordination.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related MEP tools (preferred).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. We are an equal opportunity employer.
