The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in enterprise, CSP, AI IT infrastructure and experience working closely with clients to design, validate, and deliver customized server and data center solutions. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including PoC, demos, and solution validation.Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical requirements, product configurations, and solution designs.Develop, optimize, and present technical proposals tailored to customer needs.Prepare bid documents, respond to technical questions during project tenders, and support RFP processes.Conduct product testing, training, and technical workshops for customers and partners.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT hardware, preferably in pre-sales or solution engineering roles.Strong technical knowledge of enterprise, CSP, AI IT infrastructure, including x86 servers, GPU servers, storage, networking, and HPC solutions.Strong understanding of client needs, IT workflows, and expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.Native Korean fluency and professional working proficiency in English. Fluent Chinese is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in or with global server vendors, system integrators, or data center solution providers.
