Job Description for Pre Sales Executive- Nada Happiness Trading LLC About the CompanyNada Happiness Trading LLC is one of Oman’s leading FMCG organizations, operating across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels. The Consumer Division focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand visibility across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), Traditional Trade (TT).About the RoleThe Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, ensuring product visibility and availability, managing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes supporting promotional campaigns, ensuring timely payment collection, and providing market intelligence and customer insights to the Sales Supervisor.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Sales Achievement & Customer GrowthAchieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Add new customers according to assigned targets while retaining existing accounts.Promote and sell a wide range of SKUs to maximize product penetration.Order & Product ManagementProcess orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.Handle product returns efficiently with proper documentation and root-cause analysis.Minimize market damages, expired stock, and other product losses.Payment Collection & Financial ComplianceEnsure timely collection of payments from credit customers.Track outstanding dues and maintain collection efficiency within agreed credit periods.Promotions & Trade ActivitiesActively participate in trade promotions, in-store displays, and marketing campaigns.Ensure proper execution and submission of signed display agreements before deadlines.Market Intelligence & Customer InsightsMonitor competitor pricing, promotions, and trade schemes.Conduct market surveys to understand customer preferences, buying behavior, and trends.Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager to improve sales strategy and SKU placement.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of sales, orders, returns, and market feedback.Submit regular reports on sales performance, collection status, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.Support analysis of revenue, GP, NP, and other sales-related financial metrics.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications:·        1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail sales.·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.·        Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP tools, and mobile reporting applications.·        Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.·        Valid Oman driving license preferred.Competencies:·        Sales Target Achievement & Customer Growth·        SKU Penetration & Product Visibility·        Order & Return Management·        Payment Collection & Credit Management·        Promotions & Display Execution·        Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Analysis·        Relationship Building & Customer Retention·        Reporting & Documentation Discipline
