募集職種:プリセールスマネージャー(BESS事業/日本勤務)業務内容:● BESS(蓄電池システム)製品・ソリューションに関する技術的知見を活かし、お客様への提案・コンサルティングを実施● 営業チームと連携し、顧客ニーズを正確に把握したうえで、最適なソリューションの提供をサポート● 製品デモンストレーションや営業向けプレゼンテーションを企画・実施し、顧客にとって有益な技術的ポイントをわかりやすく説明● プロジェクト要件に応じたBESSの設計・規模検討を含む正式な営業提案書の作成● RFI/RFP対応における技術的検討および顧客との詳細なコミュニケーション● 顧客の要望やニーズを製品企画・開発チームへ正確にフィードバック● チームの活動を円滑に進めるための各種サポート業務応募資格・スキル要件:● ネルギー貯蔵(BESS)分野での実務経験を3~5年以上有する方● 日本語での円滑なビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方(顧客対応必須)● エネルギー業界での実務経験をお持ちの方(特にエネルギー貯蔵、再生可能エネルギー、関連技術分野での経験が望ましい)● BESS、PCS、SCADA/EMS、電力市場および関連技術に関する知識・スキルを有する方Description of Key Job Duties: Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers on BESS products and solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.Development of formal sales proposals, sizing of BESS considering project requirements.Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, detailed technical review and communications with customer.Convey customer requirements to the Product Management teams. Assist in other tasks as required to support the team.Skills Requirement:Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the field of energy storage.Fluent in Japanese to liaise with clients locally.Experience in the energy sector, with a focus on energy storage, renewable energy, or related technologies is often preferred.Proven technology skills, particularly in BESS, PCS, SCADA/EMS, Electricity Market and related technologies.Application Process:If this is the opportunity you have been waiting for and you fit what we looking for, we welcome your application.
