Our goal is to deliver outstanding, customer-centric performance while ensuring optimal margins and minimal costs.We are hiring a Predictive Analytics Engineer to drive proactive, condition-based maintenance and asset reliability across our plants in the East Asia Pacific (EAP) region. This critical role is focusing on leveraging data-driven optimization to monitor and maintain the reliability of major rotating equipment. You will be responsible for anticipating reliability or performance deviations, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring the transition to planned maintenance interventions.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?1. Predictive Model & System ManagementDeploy, maintain, and revamp predictive models for key rotating equipment.Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements to the current monitoring systems and predictive tools.Support other end-users by communicating alerts and resolving technical problems within the models (tool champion role).Manage and reduce false positive alerts ("fake alert killing") to ensure the effectiveness of the monitoring system.2. Asset Reliability ManagementIdentify and communicate potential equipment failures or performance deviations based on predictive alerts.Provide timely troubleshooting and clear recommendations to site teams to mitigate identified risks and close deviations.Anticipate and communicate the impact of deviations on production to enable a shift from unplanned failures to planned maintenance.Maintain deviation catch documentation for result compilation and the sharing of lessons learnt.Are you a MATCH? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Data Science, or a related technical field.3-5 years of experience in a relevant industrial environment, such as process engineering or reliability management, will be an advantage.
