Premium Furniture Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to lead our premium furniture showroom in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury furniture retail and interior design, with the ability to manage a team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales performance in a refined, design-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an elegant and professional client experience.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and maintain showroom standards.Welcome VIP clients, interior designers, and project partners; provide expert consultation and design advice.Present and promote high-end furniture collections, emphasizing craftsmanship, quality, and customization.Manage sales processes — from client inquiry to quotation, negotiation, and closing.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for leads, client interactions, and project tracking.Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and precise project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy.Uphold the showroom’s visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience managing a luxury furniture or interior design showroom.Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, customization, and design principles.Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.Proficiency in CRM systems and showroom sales reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.Languages: Arabic (required), English (preferred).CompensationCompetitive salary and benefits package, based on qualifications and experience.Join UsIf you are passionate about luxury interiors, design excellence, and client experience, we invite you to be part of our growing brand in Riyadh.Apply now to lead our premium showroom and inspire exceptional spaces.
