Presales Engineer

Qualifications:• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.• At least 2 years of experience as a Presales Engineer.• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Security Engineer; experience as part of an implementation team will be an advantage.• Solid knowledge of IT Security (PAM/IAM/Network Security).• Experience in solution design, PoC, and bid proposals.• Familiar with products such as Wazuh, Fortinet, Delinea, or SailPoint.• Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English fluency is a plus.• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.Job Descriptions:• Design solutions, create solution presentations, and prepare bid proposals.• Meet with customers to identify and understand their needs.• Provide appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.• Deliver solution/product presentations to clients.• Manage and finalize RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.• Follow up and monitor bid/tender processes.• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals.• Identify the best products/solutions tailored to customers.• Lead and monitor Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.• Oversee the delivery process until project completion and payment.
