Presales Solutions Architect

Pre-sales Presales Solutions ArchitectResponsibilities:✓ Pre-sales Activities: Conduct needs assessments, develop tailored solutions, anddeliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of ourproducts.✓ Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of our software and its applications,understand customer needs, and translate them into technical requirements.✓ Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensiveproposals that address customer challenges and showcase the benefits of oursolutions.✓ Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, andcustomer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.✓ Reporting and Analysis: analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.✓ Communicate with Technical team regarding about customer needs.✓ Communicate with Sales, base on Technical team capability.✓ Making Technical Proposal to Customer✓ Making Timeline for the Projects and ensure all team members follow the timeline.Qualifications:✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.✓ Experience in software presales, technical sales, or a related role.✓ Solution presales, have a deep understanding of cloud computing ,Information Technology Application Innovation (ITA), system integration（SI）, and ICT products and solution; understand customer demands and pain points, and have the dialogue abilitywith technical personnel✓Possess extensive pre-sales experience in industries such as government, large enterprises, and telecommunications operators.✓ Proven experience in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, anddriving sales.✓ Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technicalconcepts.✓ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.✓ Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.✓ Fluent in English，Mandarin Chinese and good communication skills in Arabicpreferred.✓ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings andindustry events.
