Job Description
1. Generate new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.2. Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.3. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with new and repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads, opportunities, and customer accounts.5. Process customer inquiries, quotations, and deals accurately and in a timely manner.6. Achieve assigned sales targets, meetings, cold calls, and marketing activity objectives as planned quarterly and evaluated bi-monthly.7. Collaborate closely with internal departments and business units to align sales objectives with company goals.8. Ensure high-quality service standards by adhering to company policies, sales processes, and customer satisfaction practices.9. Demonstrate strong customer orientation, adaptability, and professionalism in all interactions with different customer types.10. Continuously identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.11. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts as required by management.12. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager in line with the nature of the roleJob Requirements:3 to 4 years of sales experience in selling systems to manufacturing plants (B2B Only)Bachelor's degree in a related fieldCommunication and negotiation skills
