The role blends technical expertise with consultative skills to support the sales cycle, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our technologies can solve client challenges and drive business outcomes.Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions in the areas of collaboration, networking, and security.Design and present solution architectures, high-level designs, and proposals that align with customer objectives.Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution capabilities.Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, including solution design documents, bills of materials (BoM), and technical write-ups.Act as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending the most suitable collaboration, networking, and security strategies.Provide technical expertise during pre-sales meetings, workshops, and customer negotiations.Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions across collaboration, networking, and security domains.Ensure smooth handover of approved solutions to post-sales/implementation teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy role.Strong knowledge in at least two of the following domains: Collaboration (e.g., UC, conferencing solutions) Networking (e.g., enterprise networking, SD-WAN, wireless, routing/switching) Security (e.g., firewalls, identity & access, secure remote access, threat management)Experience creating solution proposals, high-level designs, and BoMs.Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNP, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
