This is an opportunity to leave your mark and be part of a transformative journey.Responsibilities:Vision & Strategic DirectionRefine and articulate ISM’s long-term vision that aligns with customer needs, technological innovation and market evolution.Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.Executive Leadership and RelationshipsProvide inspirational leadership to the executive team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving cross-functional collaborationCommunicate effectively with the Board of Directors along with our shareholder and ensure transparency.Build and maintain strong successful relationships with current and future ISM customers, partners, vendors and community stakeholders.Financial and Operational ExcellenceEnsure sustainability and achievement of ISM’s operational and financial goals.Monitor financial performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Revise and communicate the organizations’ management system of financial, employee development, customer satisfaction/retention and operational performance metrics to ensure accountability.Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Services and Consulting InnovationChampion innovation across services and consulting lines of business as well as our internal processes, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.Stay ahead of technology trends and ensure ISM adapts to market changes.Organizational Growth and CultureEnsure the organization is continuously learning, innovating and developing new skills.Develop the future leaders of the organization and develop a strong succession plan.Foster strong employee engagement by championing initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and professional growth.Qualifications:Degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable10 years in senior leadership positions, with a strong focus on general management, business strategy, and operational oversightExperience in managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures, demonstrating an ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of peopleA deep understanding of business growth strategies, including experience in market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification initiatives, preferably within the IT Strategy & Consulting industryFinancial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and achieve financial objectives, ensuring sustainable profitabilityExperience working in diverse environments, with an appreciation of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics, is a plus.To view the full job description and submit your application, visit the ISM Careers Portal: https://kyndryl.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/ISMCareers/details/President---CEO_R-50402-1
