Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.Department: Deep Earth Insights Data TechKey Responsibilities:Based on the overall strategy of the Group, organize the formulation of the unit’s overall development strategy and objectives; make decisions on major issues encountered in significant projects and daily operations.Take full responsibility for the business management of the department, break down the annual business targets issued by the Group, conduct regular business plan analysis, implement financial and internal control, and adjust or allocate resources in a timely manner to ensure planned implementation.Formulate the overall technical development strategy and objectives based on technical requirements and domestic and international industry trends; organize resources to track the latest technological developments, conduct new technology R&D, and lead technical capacity-building efforts.Organize the development of talent acquisition strategies and talent structure optimization plans; guide and supervise the implementation of recruitment and training, identify directions for improving HR management capabilities, and oversee their execution.Oversee the formulation and continuous improvement of institutional and procedural systems; establish and enhance systems such as QHSE, operations management, and business development in line with strategic goals.Guide and supervise the enhancement of the company’s influence within the industry; manage relations with local government agencies and media in operational regions; strengthen cooperation with regional partners; and oversee brand development strategy, planning, promotion, and implementation.As the primary person responsible for production safety, take full responsibility for the unit’s safety management; organize the development of safety regulations and operating procedures; establish and improve the safety responsibility system; supervise and inspect safety work, and promptly eliminate potential safety hazards.Qualifications:Possesses global work experience, well-versed in international practices, familiar with social etiquette, capable of quickly understanding and adapting to local customs and religious beliefs, and able to independently manage international affairs.Demonstrates outstanding professional knowledge and technical skills that meet or exceed job requirements; has a strong theoretical foundation and can creatively propose solutions and methodologies.Has extensive experience in the relevant field, capable of integrating theory with practice to solve specific problems.In good physical health, meeting job-related health standards; able to adapt to the demanding conditions of an entrepreneurial environment like that of Antonoil; capable of handling high-intensity workloads, with strong psychological resilience, a positive and optimistic attitude, and a passion for both work and life.
