Internal Candidates Must Call HR Office and Speak with Verenice at (706)602-6259Title: Press OperatorDepartment: RubberShift: 3rd Shift 11pm-7amINTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST CALL HR OFFICE (706)602-6259Summary: Responsible for inserting a rubber preform (uncured rubber) into a press, removing the hot cured rubber and hand trimming the waste by performing the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Will need to read and understand a schedule while using a computer interface to record productionPreform and understand critical quality checks and be able to accurately measure specificationsWill need to insert and remove rubber weighting 15 pounds into a press that is 300 degrees FahrenheitNeed to trim and hand stack cured tile ? Will need to preform quality check before and after the material is curedWill need strong communication skills, a teamwork mindset and be able to work in tandem with another associateOperator must rotate positions with the Waterjet Operator, Tile Punch Press Operator, and Refining MillOvertime is/may be required.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
