该职位来源于猎聘 Main tasks：Support the implementation of APAC pricing recommendations & APAC price index listSupport in completing and maintaining the APAC pricing recommendations for all the APAC countriesAnalysing current pricing processes in all APAC countries and identify ways on how we can optimize the pricing processes with the recommendations and APAC index listsAssist in developing Key Account recommendations and in implementing quick quoting through the APAC price index listConsult APAC sales companies and key accounts through creating pricing analysis and pricing optimization modelsDevelop historical and sensitivity analysis to enable pricing optimization models to support different sales companies & the key account organization in APACUnderstand and map APAC sales companies pricing processes, analyse and optimise for the most effective onesProvide support for Ad-hoc pricing analysis from APAC sales companies & key account organizationMonitor the implementation of the APAC pricing recommendation & APAC price index list, support with improving the processes put in placeSetup a monitoring to track our performance from our pricing recommendations for sales companies and key accountsAnalyse the performance of the pricing recommendations and develop recommendations to improve our pricing recommendationsSupport with ad-hoc requests to our pricing recommendations and support quoting for APAC sales companies & the key account organization Requirements： Personal requirements:Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysisAbility to handle large amounts of data in Excel and SAP.Experience with Excel, PowerBI, SAP,Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (ex: Java/Python, SAS) beneficialA positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges and learn from failuresFluent in English, any other Asian languages a plusHigh motivation, maturity, endless curiosity and personal initiative Professional competencies:Bachelor or master’s in mathematics / computer science beneficial, especially with knowledge on Optimization Modeling and Game TheoryPrevious experience in developing pricing analysis and implementing pricing modelsBroad understanding of key business functions, such as operations, finance, HR and IT General characteristics and if applicable leadership qualities:Analytical skillsAdaptabilityAccuracy with numbersAttention to detailProblem solvingResults-driven Location of working & travellingLocation: TBDTravelling: 10%
