As a Pricing and Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll dive into data, track sales and pricing performance, and build Power BI dashboards that uncover key insights. You’ll work closely with the Pricing and Sales teams to set smart pricing strategies, optimize margins, and identify opportunities that drive business growth. AccountabilitiesDevelop Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze sales and pricing performance, interpret large datasets, and provide actionable insight to drive business initiatives and cross-functional improvement opportunities.Develop, execute, and continuously refine pricing strategies in coordination with the Pricing Manager and Sales Managers to drive revenue growth, competitiveness, and profitability, while considering competition, channel dynamics, and cost structure.Use data-driven analysis to identify pricing opportunities, optimize margins, and support informed decision-making across the business.Review and enhance pricing structures, factoring in market conditions, channel dynamics, and strategic business goals.Lead the annual (or as-needed) pricing process to maximize profit while maintaining competitiveness and market positioning consistent with the brand.Set, review, and maintain product pricing to ensure accuracy and alignment with company strategy and market conditions.Define and implement a complete set of KPI’s which allows to monitor sales, margins, cost variation and price harmonization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that drive commercial performance and operational efficiency.Skills & KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in economics, Business, Finance, Business Analytics or related fields.3-5 years’ experience in pricing, finance, sales analysis or similar commercial role.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in Power BI (or other business intelligence tools) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel to the Belgium Headquarters in Petit Rechain approximately once a month.Fluent English: other European languages is a plus.Our OfferThis exciting position is a Global Grade 11 and offers a salary of between €55,000 and €70,000 (payable in 12.96 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country).
