We are looking for people who want to build more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.You’re our perfect match if you:Have experience in audit or financial analysis, ideally within one of the Big Four (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG).Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and work confidently with Excel or BI tools.Understand cost structure, profitability, and pricing logic.Are detail-oriented, structured, and able to connect financial insights with business needs.Have an Intermediate or higher level of English.What you’ll be doing:Developing, updating, and improving pricing models and tariff structures across the company.Calculating the cost of services and determining minimum tariffs for various customer segments.Analyzing deviations between actual and planned costs, preparing reports and recommendations for management.Performing monthly updates of actual cost data for products and services, ensuring data accuracy in systems.Supporting the development of tariffs for new markets and additional services, contributing to new product launches.Managing and monitoring intercompany tariffs, assisting with documentation for internal agreements.Updating and maintaining tariff configurations and ensuring their correct reflection in internal systems (including Axapta).Collaborating with the IT department to implement system changes and automate pricing processes.Reviewing requests from other departments regarding custom tariffs or pricing methodology adjustments.What we offer:Official employment with full social guarantees, including paid vacations and sick leaves.All necessary equipment for comfortable and efficient work.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a fast-scaling international company.A team united by expertise, mutual trust, and a shared goal.Everything starts with the first step.
