This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and execution to transform how ISG approaches pricing—positioning us as a low-touch, ease-of-doing-business model.As Pricing COE Leader, you will not only deliver pricing outcomes but also build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a data-driven culture across Category. By championing data analytics, you will embed fact-based decision-making into daily actions, shaping ISG’s ability to make smarter, faster, and more accountable choices.Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of ISG’s global pricing framework, including adjustment grids and margin guardrails. Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and competitive positioning. Partner with Operations to deliver new pricing capabilities and drive continuous process improvements. Provide executive-level communication and reporting to CFOs, VPs, and ISO leaders on pricing adoption, performance, and impact. Develop and govern pricing processes, policies, tools, and systems to support strategic objectives. Deliver pricing and market intelligence for complex deals and strategic partnerships. Design product price levels and policies based on customer segment value and desired market performance. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing pricing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA from a Tier 1 business school strongly preferred. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Channel leadership, with at least 6 years in pricing leadership roles. Proven expertise in executive-level engagement with CFOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated team building and leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent and scaling organizations. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; highly detail-oriented and data-driven. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Qlik).
