Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans who have served our country valiantly. We are seeking healthcare professionals who are driven and committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our nation's Veterans. Office hours are Mon - Fri 8am to 4: 30pm. No evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends!This is a Full - Time position on site.

Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information in patient’s electronic medical recordObtain medical histories from patients; verify patient informationPrepare, assist, and accurately complete all formsAdminister medications and operate diagnostic equipmentAssist providers during examinations and treatmentTake vital signs and perform all ancillary tests appropriate to skill level, certifications, and state regulationsPerform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws, etc. ) and as certifiedCollect lab Specimens from patients and submit received results to medical providersComplete all clinical remindersAnswer and return patient telephone calls, messages, and alertsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
