Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Primary Educator at Sun School Bali, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Primary Educator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities for primary-aged children. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessing student progress, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the educational and emotional development of students. Teachers are also encouraged to incorporate creativity, cultural awareness, and environmental sustainability into their curriculum and teaching practices. Qualifications Strong teaching skills, including curriculum planning, classroom management, and student engagement strategiesExperience in child development, behavior management, and fostering a positive learning environmentAbility to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, both verbally and in writingExperience with creative and innovative teaching strategiesA passion for education and commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentProven ability to adapt teaching methods to meet varying student needs and learning stylesBachelor's degree in Education or a related field, and relevant teaching certificationExperience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting is requiredFamiliarity with a play-based or inquiry-based approach to education is a strong advantageExperience teaching in a cross-cultural or international setting is preferred
