🔍 What will the role involve?Translate our brand guidelines into high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and event channelsPartner closely with marketing, product, and design to deliver on-brand campaigns and collateralOwn the execution of key brand initiatives like website updates, campaign rollouts, and social media contentContribute to the evolution of our brand system, refining and documenting components for scaleIdentify opportunities to enhance our brand presence and keep it fresh, relevant, and distinctiveBalance creativity with speed — delivering assets that are high-quality and on-briefSupport a consistent brand experience across every touchpointHelp build a design culture focused on craft, clarity, and collaboration👀 What are we looking for?Strong visual design skills — layout, typography, colour theory, and compositionProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design toolsExperience working within and evolving brand systemsThe ability to translate strategy into compelling creative outcomesA collaborative mindset — confident working with cross-functional teamsMotion design, illustration, or 3D design skills are a plusFamiliarity with digital UX and how brand shows up in product experiencesExperience in finance or regulated industries is beneficial🚫 You may not like it here if:
