Job ResponsibilitiesTo conduct credit assessment on a proposal from the Branch for Approvers. To conduct site visits for necessary cases or credit proposals, including suspicious cases, and to provide independent observation reports to management. To adopt and implement key strategic and internal policies instructed by management. To prepare ad-hoc reporting and/or regular reporting for supervisors and the head of the department. Job RequirementsBachelor or degree equivalent in Banking and Finance, or related field. Knowledge of the Banking industry, credit management, and all regulations governing NBC regulation. Proficiency in English. Good Microsoft Office. Good Knowledge of statutory report requirements.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking sector, including a minimum 2 years of experience in credit-related positions, including making credit decisions. Ability to make effective decisions to drive high performance for loan quality and loan growth. Ability to mentor and motivate subordinators. This position requires frequent travel to provinces. Ability to perform duty effectively under pressure.
