This role is ideal for someone who not only brings deep technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 CRM suite but also demonstrates strong leadership, client engagement, and mentoring capabilities.What You’ll DoDesign and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, define technical approaches, and present solution recommendations.Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards.Customize CRM using JavaScript, C# Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate, and Web Resources.Oversee data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM and integration issues independently.Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, DevOps, and solution architecture.Maintain high-quality delivery through structured reviews, documentation, and process adherence.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.What You Bring8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing) and related technologies.Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations.Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.Proven experience in client engagement and stakeholder management, with the ability to define, scope, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams (5–10 members) and managing complex multi-phase projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Experience working with clients in Australia / US / UK.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
