Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions. You will have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, providing technical and functional solutions aligned with Oracle standards, maintaining and supporting customers’ EBS applications, and integrating with Fusion SaaS where applicable. The role also involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle HRMS applications.What You Will Do:As a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle CSS, you will:Assess and analyze customers’ HR and payroll business needs to ensure Oracle EBS HRMS solutions meet their objectives.Assist customers in their overall EBS HRMS optimization and cloud journey, including integration with Fusion HCM if required.Ensure Oracle technologies and best practices are leveraged for HRMS solutions.Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority, guiding customers to make informed decisions regarding scope, quality, cost-effectiveness, and reusability.Provide technical and functional guidance on Oracle EBS HRMS and related Oracle solutions to customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.Support solutions across on-premise, cloud, or hybrid setups, particularly for HR and payroll processes.Ensure smooth handover from implementation to operations, making sure the HRMS solution meets all customer requirements.Maintain Oracle EBS HRMS solutions to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs, across platforms running applications, middleware, database, and infrastructure workloads.Work closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure all work streams are technically well-managed.Act as a primary contact for presales opportunities, identifying and promoting Oracle products and services to support business growth.Lead and contribute to strategic HRMS programs and initiatives, helping customers maximize the value of Oracle solutions.Summary:Help customers maximize the value of Oracle EBS HRMS, delivering robust, efficient, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesWhat We Are Looking For10+ years of relevant professional experience.
