Proxima Fusion is seeking a leader to spearhead the development of electrical systems for stellarator fusion power plants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced R&D environments. Experience with high-current power supplies or development of instrumentation equipment is a strong bonusWhat You Will Do Leading and coordinating the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, being responsible for integration and verification of electrical systems Supporting R&D and procurement partnerships, driven by the strategic needs of the company Taking a key role in the growth and development of electrical engineering teamsWho You Are We are looking for high performers who love challenges and see these as learning opportunities It is important not to be afraid to experiment, take risks and learn from mistakes.
