Find out more about working with us .About The School And OpportunityThe new school will deliver high-quality, individualised learning programs for students with disability and complex support needs. A strong focus on inclusive practices, wellbeing and improved outcomes for every student will underpin all aspects of the school's work.As foundation Principal, you will establish the vision, culture, systems and staffing profile of the school, setting clear expectations for excellence in teaching and learning from the outset. You will create the conditions for high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.Co-location with Berrinba East State School provides a strong platform for connection, collaboration and inclusive practice across the broader school community. The proximity of the two schools supports professional partnerships, shared learning opportunities and a cohesive local approach to meeting the diverse needs of children and families in the community.You will lead the school community to develop and commit to a clear educational vision, uphold high standards for teaching and learning, and foster a positive and inclusive culture where every student is known, valued and supported to succeed.
